Job Summary

As a skilled Occupational Therapist - PRN at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. Under moderate supervision, you will evaluate patients, plan and administer patient treatments to relieve pain and restore or improve function, based on physician referral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
  • Administer patient treatments, including exercises, activities, and interventions, to promote physical function and independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes to inform treatment decisions and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Basic professional knowledge and skills in occupational therapy
  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field
  • Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Less than 1 year of experience as an occupational therapist
  • Maryland Occupational Therapist Licensure
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification
