  • Clinical Leadership
    • Provide clinical guidance and oversight to our medical staff, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

    • Participate in regular case conferences and clinical meetings to discuss complex cases and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Medical Oversight

    • Review and approve clinical policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

  • Collaboration and External Relations

    • Represent our clinic in relevant professional forums, conferences, and meetings to stay informed about industry trends and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Psychiatry.
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health or psychiatric care.
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, psychiatric medications, and current trends in mental health care.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
