Position Overview:

As an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant at 5HQ Hub International Florida, you will be instrumental in driving business development and ensuring client satisfaction across a variety of product offerings. With the backing of our corporate and regional teams, you will embark on an entrepreneurial path, delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing sales, service, and solicitation of insurance products
  • Enhancing growth and client retention through superior service
  • Building and developing accounts while cross-selling various products
  • Identifying new client opportunities and successfully closing deals
  • Presenting our services and solutions during client meetings
  • Fostering strong client relationships to ensure retention

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Prior experience in Employee Benefits sales is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree is advantageous
  • Florida 2-15 Life and Health License is preferred or must be acquired within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills and adeptness in assessing client needs
