LPN Bedside Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at ServiceNet, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality bedside care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. As an LPN Bedside Nursing Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to advocate for the medical needs of our clients, ensuring their optimal health and well-being.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in scheduling, with opportunities to work at multiple locations within a 15-mile radius. You will have the ability to set your weekly hours and enjoy mileage reimbursement for travel between sites. In addition to a competitive salary range of $68,640-$79,040, you will also receive additional incentives, including a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for participants, communicating effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers
- Document all nursing interventions and changes affecting the individual in appropriate areas, such as daily logs and progress notes
- Maintain current medication and treatment orders according to MAP standards, noting any side effects or adverse reactions
- Assist in training staff on personal care, positioning, feeding, and use of supportive devices
- Accompany patients to medical appointments and day programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
- Valid MA Nursing License and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position
- Good communication and computer skills
