About the Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered care and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring Healthcare Services: Monitor and coordinate healthcare services to ensure the best possible care for each individual.
  • Documenting Nursing Interventions: Document nursing interventions and changes, keeping track of everything that impacts each person's health.
  • Maintaining Medication Orders: Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring they meet MAP standards, while keeping an eye on any side effects or issues that may arise.
  • Teaching Staff: Teach and train staff in essential personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and using supportive devices.
  • Supporting Independence: Assist individuals with their personal care and daily activities (ADLs), while encouraging them to take control of their lives and responsibilities.
