Job Description

You will be the primary owner of strategic relationships with key leaders in merchant organizations. Our ideal candidate will uncover and address servicing roadblocks and mitigate escalations while identifying new and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for PayPal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for PayPal
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the payments or financial services industry
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the payments ecosystem
