Senior Product Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our conversational UI foundations for Rufus, our expert shopping assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for our next-generation AI-powered shopping experiences on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Define and build a vision for the next generation of AI-powered shopping experiences on Amazon, working backwards from our customers' needs and preferences.
- Partner with stakeholders to design and align on roadmaps and goals, defining and maintaining a prioritized backlog and working closely with development teams to understand feasibility and technical approach.
- Write feature requirements, review technical designs, and work across teams to craft disruptive solutions for complex problems.
- Define and execute strategies for collecting user research and customer feedback, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate launch readiness and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate technology trends to define a roadmap of features that delights our customers.
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for new features.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience working with UI frameworks and libraries, including a strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices
- Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Technical background or experience working with AI and machine learning technologies, including a basic understanding of how generative AI works and its applications in conversational AI

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
