  • Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to recommend the best HVAC solutions
  • Develop vital client connections and efficiently close sales
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals to ensure seamless installation processes
  • Provide thorough product information to enhance customer confidence
  • Promote enthusiasm for On The Mark Heating & Air, encouraging customer referrals
  • Design and present residential HVAC retrofit installations across various equipment types
  • Gain expertise in your market area by understanding and meeting customer needs

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with weekends as necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary with significant commission potential
  • Expected annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to $225,000
  • Company-issued vehicle for personal use
