Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including those related to tax, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other departments.
  • Manage and oversee financial risk management, including identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure financial stability and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare organization.
  • Proven track record of financial leadership and management, including experience with financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including those related to tax, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
