Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Impact and Partnerships Officer to join our team at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our strategic and business development plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee annual Partnerships, Advocacy and External Affairs Plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, elected officials, labor partners, and stakeholders within the San Francisco East Bay region.
  • Oversee full spectrum of strategic partnership development, including identifying new partnerships, contract development, scope, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Lead initiatives to expand existing programs and develop other lines of business that meet the needs of the community and allows TVHC to transform and adopt innovative care models.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment and integration of new programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify community health needs and emerging trends in healthcare delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports to the executive leadership team and board of directors on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Oversee grant management and fundraising efforts to secure financial resources for program development and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure strategic alignment with budgeting and resource allocation, maximizing funding opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration or External Affairs required (master's degree highly preferred).
  • Minimum of eight+ years of progressively senior leadership roles in a director or executive level administrative, strategy, business development or public relations role.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the FQHC sector, healthcare policies, and community health issues.
  • Established relationships with community leaders, elected officials, labor partners, and stakeholders within the San Francisco East Bay region.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
