About the Team Hiring:

Graitec launches an ambitious digital transformation program to revolutionize its business. You will be part of a new team of talented and agile experts to change and deploy our digital, e-commerce, and CRM ecosystems in all our geographies in Europe and North America.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the European Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels for Europe.

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital:
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager Europe and Corporate team to drive the development and maintenance of the company's website.
    • Manage the execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
    • Act as a facilitator for digital initiatives, fostering a digital culture within the organization.
  • Lead Acquisition Strategy:
    • Work alongside the Marketing Manager Europe to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department.
    • Localise lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs.
    • Assist in implementing and deploying an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.
  • Content:
    • Partner with sales and product teams to produce high-quality content for website and inbound marketing efforts, including blog posts, social media content, interviews, case studies, and newsletters.
    • Translate content provided by Corporate team.
    • Ensure all content adheres to corporate guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage Wordpress backend to create and publish pages and articles.
    • Adapt visuals from various sources for local country.
    • Localize whitepaper and documents with page layout designing software.
  • CRM:
    • Localise, adapt, and plan CRM communication campaigns in alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Assist in managing the local communication calendar for newsletters, marketing campaigns, and yearly pipeline.
    • Support efforts to improve data quality and efficiency in managing CRM data processes.
  • Analytics:
    • Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversion rates across the buyer journey.
    • Implement measures to control email commercial pressure and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Media PR and event:
    • Manage with the team trade shows and client workshops to promote Graitec's image and ensure a strong presence at industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
    • 5 years of experience.
    • Very significant experience in managing content website.
    • Experience of lead digital acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activations...
    • Experience of marketing automation tools as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM...
    • Experience in collaborating with sales team.
    • Experience with Adobe Suite.
  • Nice to have:
    • Knowledge of subscription business and software companies.
    • Experience with WordPress.
Qualifications
  • Required skills, abilities & qualifications:
    • Excellent and proven project management skills, working on multiple projects with a varied range of stakeholders.
    • Native Italian speaker & Very Good writing skills in English.
