Job Description:


LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a skilled Product Development Technician to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work independently and/or collaboratively to conduct lab tests on recyclability, repulpability, and biodegradation of various materials.
  • Collect, record, interpret, and document data in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Prioritize and manage assigned projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements:



  • Strong technical skills with training in wet chemistry laboratory safety.
  • Comfort and knowledge of working with chemicals, particularly hazardous substances.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Excellent communication and observation skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biological Engineering, Microbiology, Packaging, Materials Science, or Polymer Science (preferred).
