Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we're committed to creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future. As an Intern in the Medical Business Unit, you'll play a key role in supporting product and process development engineering activities for new medical device products.

As a Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineer Intern, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development of new medical device products, including process development and characterization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive product deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  • Support testing of product designs, fixture design, and medical device building
  • Learn about medical device technologies and tour manufacturing lines
  • Develop reports of test data with summaries of conclusions based on the data
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical process and product designs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering
  • Previous internship or large project experience is preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
