About the Role:
The Logistics Product Support Analyst will play a key role in supporting the PSS-T program, working closely with the team to develop reports and analyze performance-based logistics metrics. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience and skills to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of reports and CDRLs for the PSS-T program
- Analyze performance-based logistics metrics, including supportability, availability, and sustainment engineering
- Work with Tobyhanna Army Depot and Prime Contractor Technical SMEs to update Provisioning Technical Data in PowerLOG-J and report through LMP
- Provide recommendations for updating parts lists, including Authorized Stockage Lists, Prescribed Load Lists, and Authorized Additional Lists
- Generate Standard Operating Procedures, Quick Reference Cards, and Program Directives to aid in task completion
- Lead monthly Product Support Management Integrated Product Team and provide slides for Program Sync calls and Program Management Reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience with Logistics or Product Support Management, or Master's degree and two years of experience
- Experience supporting a team to solve problems that are unclear and require a thorough understanding of program requirements and resources
- Experience with PowerLOG-J, COMPASS, and LMI Database
- Strong understanding of GEIA-0007 and DED requirements
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to organize cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windchill Configuration Management database and RepairData module
- Experience developing Performance-Based Logistics Metrics (PBLM) reports
- Experience using technical manuals and maintenance instructions to respond to failure types
