Key Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Event Coordinator:

  • Organize and implement community-focused outreach "pop-up" events, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
  • Engage in impactful conversations and establish connections to enhance community participation and increase awareness and contributions for our clients' missions.
  • Identify target demographics and tailor marketing strategies to resonate with the local community.
  • Manage event materials and promotional items, with a strong emphasis on optimizing donation collection and tracking.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to evaluate both personal contributions and the overall success of events.

Qualifications for the Community Engagement Event Coordinator:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse demographics and backgrounds.
  • Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent self-management skills.
