Job Overview

The Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and fostering customer growth within diverse sales channels. This position is focused on enhancing business connections in the ethnic Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee both existing and prospective client accounts in the food sector, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support, including marketing initiatives, inventory management, and timely product delivery.
  • Act as a representative of the organization, promoting brand awareness and engagement within the community.
  • Conduct daily reporting and participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss regional updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, complemented by strong customer service skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the food service, FMCG, or food industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
