Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in providing high-quality ABA therapy services. As a BCBA at Brainbuilders, you will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, supervising and mentoring behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Behavior Intervention Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and provide mentorship to behavior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to deliver effective ABA therapy services.
  • Data Analysis and Treatment Planning: Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.
  • Family and Caregiver Support: Train and support families and caregivers in ABA strategies, empowering them to support their loved ones effectively.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency standards, guaranteeing high-quality services.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of each client.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification: Possess a current BCBA certification, demonstrating expertise in ABA principles and practices.
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field, with relevant experience in ABA therapy services.
  • ABA Knowledge and Skills: Have a strong understanding of ABA principles, including behavior assessment, intervention, and data analysis.
  • Communication and Leadership: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Passion for ABA Therapy: Share a genuine passion for ABA therapy and its potential to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
