About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with behavioral health needs, including counseling, medication management, and crisis intervention.
  • Collaborate with our medical staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop effective treatment strategies to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts.
