Autism Behavior Therapist Opportunity

Cortica, a pioneering healthcare company, seeks a skilled Behavioral Interventionist to join its dynamic team in Burlington, MA. This role offers a unique chance to work with individuals with autism and be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct behavior therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Work in various settings, including homes, communities, schools, and clinics, providing direct behavior-analytic care as determined by the child's assessment and treatment plan.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a human service field or related experience.
  • Current Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification or willingness to obtain BCAT credential via Cortica's training program within 45 days.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid holidays and wellness days, life insurance, disability insurance options, tuition reimbursements, and referral bonuses.
