About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Cortica - Neurodevelopmental. As a key member of our team, you will provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Work in the home, community, school, clinic, or other designated settings with children and their families providing direct behavior-analytic care
  • Fulfill all documentation requirements including data collection and session notes
  • Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Availability in early and late afternoons (2pm-7pm) with occasional Saturdays
  • RBT or BCAT certification (willing to obtain BCAT via Cortica's training program within 45 days)
