Job Responsibilities

As a Store Manager at Playa Bowls, your duties will include:
• Checking products for consistency, quality, and palatability
• Investigating and resolving complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
• Scheduling and receiving food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
• Monitoring food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure company standards are met
• Scheduling staff hours, assigning duties, and reviewing work procedures to improve service and performance
• Maintaining food and equipment inventories, arranging for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinating services
• Utilizing point-of-sale cash register, counting money, and making bank deposits

We offer a competitive salary ($55,000 - $65,000 per year) and a fun work environment. If you have previous managerial experience, valid driver's license, and great customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
