About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of facility staff, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all facilities are safe and well-maintained. This includes tasks such as locksmith services, tool inventory management, masonry work, moving furniture and equipment, operating and maintaining heat/water systems, renovation work, electrical repairs, plumbing tasks, carpentry duties, and groundskeeping activities.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a valid State Driver's License Photo ID, a minimum of 3 years of experience in facility supervision and maintenance, and a GED/HSE or higher education level. Additionally, OSHA 30 Certification and CPR & First Aid training within 90 days of hire are highly desirable.
