The Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) is accountable for overseeing and actively seeking treasury revenue opportunities and product integration within Seacoast Bank's designated portfolio. Additionally, the TMSO may explore client and prospect opportunities beyond the assigned portfolio. This role requires close collaboration with various partners across the organization to deliver treasury solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in direct treasury management sales, with comprehensive knowledge of treasury management products, services, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated skills in business development and relationship management, particularly with Private Banking clientele.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills. Proven negotiation capabilities and active listening skills are essential.
  • Strong aptitude for critical and strategic thinking, as well as problem-solving.
  • Solid business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to navigate the organization effectively, engaging with partners and escalating issues as necessary. Proven capability to build strong partnerships within the core team.
  • Efficiently manages competing priorities in an organized manner while ensuring a consistently high level of client satisfaction.
  • A collaborative mindset, supporting a close-knit team environment, while also being able to work independently in a dynamic setting.
  • Skillfully manages risk while balancing the interests of the client, the team, and the institution.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time in a typical environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement of processes and personal development.
  • Ability to lead small teams while effectively delegating responsibilities.
  • A desire to mentor and support fellow Associates.
  • Possession of Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
