Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of housekeepers to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our vacation homes
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleans completed by housekeepers to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Mentor and train new and existing housekeepers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job duties
  • Collaborate with the local management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating maintenance tickets and tracking inventory
  • Meet and maintain required housekeeping metrics and standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
