Job Title: Contract Management Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Supervisor to lead our contract management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and supervise the contract management team to ensure effective contract management practices.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure team productivity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop team goals and individual performance objectives to drive contract management excellence.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure proper execution and management of all contracts, including purchase agreements, service contracts, and vendor contracts.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in contracts, including legal, financial, and performance risks.
  • Work with legal and financial departments to ensure contract terms and conditions protect the organization's interests.
  • Establish systems to monitor contract performance, ensuring obligations are met on time.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of active contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of contract terms with organizational needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and partners regarding contract issues or questions.
  • Liaise with senior management to keep them informed about contract status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract management to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Willingness to work onsite from Monday to Saturday at Nissan Techno Park, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa Laguna.
