Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $18-$25 per hour, plus commission/bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Prior sales experience, particularly in outside sales or inside sales representative roles, is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving is necessary.
- Property and Casualty license must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
