This role is hybrid, necessitating the selected candidate to be present in the office a minimum of three days each week.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial operations for the organization.
Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cost management, savings initiatives, and trend assessments.
Assist in the periodic forecasting processes, which include planning for expenditures, workforce, cost reductions, and investments.
Contribute to the Monthly Performance Review process, which encompasses variance analysis and the creation of executive presentations.

Lead the analysis and optimization efforts related to Inventory, Price Purchase Variance (PPV), Slow/Obsolete Inventory (SLOB), Freight, and other operational cost influencers.

Formulate financial models to aid in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, planning, and analytical tasks.
Evaluate and disseminate key performance indicators against established targets.
Engage in critical strategic discussions relevant to the organization’s operations.
Prepare specialized analyses and presentations for business evaluations and executive meetings.
Offer financial insights to assess risks and opportunities for meeting financial objectives.

Collaborate closely with other Finance & Accounting teams to ensure coherent communication regarding the financial implications of business activities and decisions.

Extend financial support to various business units and functions as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within Operations, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in cost and inventory analysis.
Capability to navigate a matrixed organization in a global context.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiarity with OAC, HFM, and PowerQuery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive demeanor and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Willingness to work from the office at least three days a week.
