Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bluegrass Land Title, LLC. The successful candidate will provide clerical support during the escrow process of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening title orders and ensuring customers receive copies in a timely manner
  • Communicating with lenders, realtors, and customers to obtain necessary information
  • Funding/balancing, figuring, clearing prelims, and signing clients
  • Maintaining records of communication with all partners involved in escrows
  • Following company standards and applicable state laws and guidelines
  • Informing escrow officers of any missing items or problems relevant to closing
  • Depositing funds required by buyers and sellers within 24 hours of receipt
  • Returns calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in finance or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
