As a Luxury Property Consultant with Rector Hayden Realtors, you will guide clients through every step of the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service.

You will conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends, schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours, negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms, and prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and pricing.

You will also collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.
