Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the community, including budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) or equivalent, and a RCFE Administrators License.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
