Key Responsibilities- Manage patient schedules, including coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records
- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including preparing patient charts and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with patient communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing patient concerns
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
- Assist with billing and insurance claims, including verifying patient information and resolving any discrepancies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting; experience in a healthcare administration role preferred
