Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient schedules, including coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including preparing patient charts and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with patient communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing patient concerns
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims, including verifying patient information and resolving any discrepancies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and office operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting; experience in a healthcare administration role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, providers, and staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
