Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Joint Training Analyst to join our team at SAIC. As a key member of our Joint Training Directorate, you will provide critical support to Commander, Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG-4) in Norfolk, VA, and serve as a fleet and joint training and policy analyst and action officer for the U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7).
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Joint Training Analyst, you will be responsible for providing training program analysis support and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in Joint/Partner Nation Training task requirements. You will have experience with the Navy's accredited and certified Joint National Training Capability (JNTC) programs and training processes, including Fleet Synthetic Training (FST), Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), and Air Wing Fallon (AWF).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least six years of applicable program analyst experience in managing/prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders, leading working groups and cross-functional teams, leveraging best practices, and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills.
- Experience in use of MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint) products.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and a Secret clearance.
Desired Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with active military duty experience at a major command/staff and familiarity with the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) and Fleet Training policy documents, including the Fleet Training Continuum (FTC).
