Work Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 9:30 AM - 7 PM, and Saturdays 9:30 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $13/hour + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to members and patients
  • The primary role of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership sales to achieve targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon their arrival and facilitate check-ins for consultations.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries
  • Reconnect with inactive members
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships among team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages
  • Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth
  • Experience in office coordination or marketing is advantageous (This role does not involve management or supervision of other staff).
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
