Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire interview, selection, and hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Develop job postings in partnership with hiring managers based on specific requirements.
- Source candidates through various methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain all job postings across multiple platforms.

- Utilize workforce planning methods to anticipate staffing needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with community partners to identify potential talent.

- Develop and manage Employee Referral Programs.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee retention.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports for management review.
- Work with the marketing team to create a branding strategy for ChildCareGroup.
- Assist the People & Culture team in developing innovative HR strategies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM and/or HRCI.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition is required; experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation for effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Foundational knowledge of HR laws and standards.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and initiative as a self-starter.
- Proven critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and strong planning capabilities.
- Ability to deliver organized and persuasive presentations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel and Compliance:
Must possess a valid driver's license and comply with automobile insurance requirements. Local travel may be necessary.
Physical Demands:
