Job Summary

As a Central Staffing Supervisor with the Dallas Independent School District, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our schools and other sites are fully staffed with qualified educational instructors, administrators, and support staff. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, employing, and retaining top talent, as well as maintaining up-to-date campus employee assignment rosters and vacancy lists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, employ, and retain qualified educational instructors, administrators, and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date campus employee assignment rosters and vacancy lists.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and current employees.
  • Coordinate with campus administrators to secure assignments for released personnel.
  • Generate and analyze various reports to inform staffing decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hiring best practices and metrics.
  • Represent the district at job fairs and other recruitment events.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a directly related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct human resources or a related field, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of district policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
