About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branding Consultant to join our East Coast expansion team. As a Branding Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of branded merchandise, corporate gifting, and promotional clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of branded merchandise, corporate gifting, and promotional clients
  • Represent Nadel at industry events and trade shows
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Design and develop online company stores, award programs, and premium gift ideas
  • Meet and exceed monthly metrics and quarterly sales goals

As a Branding Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission, with unlimited earning potential and no cap. You will also be eligible for bonuses for achieving defined sales targets and will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to land meetings with new prospects, overcome objections, and close new business
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and able to balance sales goals with customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and competitively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
