Position Summary:
As a Culinary Assistant II, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare meals in accordance with established guidelines and standardized recipes. You will also be tasked with ensuring that all food products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items based on established specifications and standardized recipes.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment, meats, seafood, and produce to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary stock.
  • Oversee proper product rotation, storage, and quantity management.
  • Adhere to established safety and sanitation protocols consistently.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar culinary role is preferred.
  • Proficient in preparing a limited range of recipes with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for approximately 90% of the shift.
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering items weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
