Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Teksky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic system and Office 365 is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Property and Casualty Licensed.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
