About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join Renewa's team as a Land Contracts Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with 10+ years of experience in Land/Lease Management in O&G or renewables to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in contract review and preparation, analysis, database management, reporting, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate transactions, ground leases, land and legal descriptions, county recording processes, and land and title curative.

The salary for this position is estimated at $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
