Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor to oversee project management, quality control, and production oversight. This senior position requires expertise in Easement/ Right-of Way Surveys, Plats, ALTA's, boundaries, property descriptions, topographic surveys, and client relations.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Field Crews and Survey Technicians in data collection and calculation.
  • Data Processing and Research.
  • Perform field investigations and project boundary calculations.
  • Prepare boundary and topographical surveys, project control, metes and bounds descriptions, and general survey support for engineering design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Adhere to the principles and practices of the Professional Land Surveying Practices Act.
  • Define applicable scope(s) of work based on project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to project teams, on-site representatives, and survey contractors.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field, current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor License, experience with Boundary/Topo, construction calculations, preparation of right-of-way acquisitions, ALTA/ACSM (NSPS) Land Title Surveys, AutoCAD/Carlson software.
  • Skills: Ability to manage a team, understanding of and ability to support engineering services, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, hands-on approach, proactive mindset, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong analytical ability with attention to detail.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
