Key Responsibilities:

• Perform profit/loss analyses to optimize center performance

• Hire and mentor new team members to ensure a high-performing team

• Track and itemize inventory to maintain accurate records

• Manage the fleet to deliver clean and well-maintained equipment to customers

• Manage the personnel budget to ensure efficient resource allocation

• Ensure customers receive the highest quality of care and service

• Maintain a secure and clean environment for customers and staff

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a service industry with financial results and customer satisfaction accountability

• Computer expertise and organizational skills to manage center operations

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
