Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
  • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Assist with customer payments and collections, and make reminder calls as needed.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/outdoors for up to 50% of the workday.
