**Job Overview**

The Worcester County Developmental Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Overnight Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide 24/7 support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners;
  • Collaborate with the Residential Coordinator to ensure seamless daily operations;
  • Administer medication as required, following established guidelines;
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements;

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred;
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification an asset;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physical demands of the job;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends;
