About the RoleJob Summary: As a Psychiatric Residential Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to clients with daily living skills and contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment. The role involves working evenings, overnight, or weekends as part of the weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities• Assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Provide healthcare support, following up on client needs and collaborating with medical professionals when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe residence environment, adhering to regulations and standards.
• Model positive behavior and foster respectful communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Record schedules, notes, and shift logs accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications• High School diploma and at least 2 years of experience working with mentally ill adults.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
