Home Health Aide

This position involves assisting clients with daily living skills and sharing responsibility for all clients in the house. The weekly work schedule includes 3-4 overnight shifts, including a Saturday or Sunday.
Key Responsibilities- Support residential clients in all aspects of daily living skills
- Assist with client healthcare needs and follow-up care
- Maintain a safe and clean residence environment
- Model positive behavior and ensure respectful communication
- Complete schedules, notes, and shift logs in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations
- High School diploma and 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) with 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Full valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
