We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our team at HealthPort, Inc. About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 3-4 overnight shifts per week, including one Saturday or Sunday. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living skills, supporting their healthcare needs, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with daily living skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Healthcare Support: Support clients' healthcare needs, including medication administration and follow-up care.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to HIPAA laws and Maryland State Regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma and 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) and 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits

HealthPort offers a competitive salary range of $$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a rich benefit package, including tuition assistance, 401(k) matching, and a positive work environment.
