Residential Care Manager

Job OverviewThis is a full-time supervisory position responsible for providing positive support and supervision to persons with developmental disabilities in multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing Clients: Assist individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and hygiene.
- Supervision: Serve as lead staff person in the home, assisting the Residential Director with staff supervision and completing necessary paperwork.
- Logistics: Complete grocery shopping, menu planning, and food preparation while monitoring the residence grocery supply budget.
- Transportation: Transport individuals as necessary and ensure the house vehicle is well maintained.
- Training: Provide training to new and existing staff members on house duties and responsibilities.
We require a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work-related experience, 1 year supervisory/leadership experience preferred, and CNA certification. Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license, and approved to transport clients.
