Job Overview
This role involves managing and executing recruiting processes for all levels of employment. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work directly with all managers to recruit and retain talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from initial receipt of job requisition through on-boarding process.
- Evaluate candidates' strengths through evaluations, screening, and interviewing.
- Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and serve as primary point-of-contact.
- Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates.
- Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and drug testing.
- Analyze turnover and conduct exit interviews to focus on workforce retention.
- Create job requisitions and accurately manage candidates in applicant tracking system.
- Attend and participate in recruiting events.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting.
- Strong written and oral English and Spanish communication skills.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to use networking and relationship-building sites to find candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office products (Word and Excel), internet search engines, and email systems.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff and adapt to differing management styles.
- Experience in a production-oriented environment.
- Team attitude and effort.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The core scheduled hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and Tuesday, 12:00pm-8:30pm. Job posted by ApplicantPro.
