Customer Service Advocate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Commercial Insurance Associates LLC. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes

• Educate and advise clients on insurance products and services

• Issue insurance documentation and update client information

• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with quality rapport building talents

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License Required, Licensing assistance provided

• Insurance customer service experience preferred, Commercial Insurance experience a plus

• Basic computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency

• A detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
