Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Open availability with no scheduling restrictions.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to meet the demands of the business, which may require working 44 hours or more per week.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in store management and operations.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service.
